Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times range from 3–7 business days for standard shipping within the U.S.

 

Shipping Carriers: We primarily ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the order size and destination.

Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Local Delivery & Pickup: Local delivery and pickup options may be available—details will be provided at checkout if applicable.

International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping. (You can update this if needed.)

Lost or Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
